How to Create and Customize Forms

The "Create and Customize Forms" feature allows you to create your own forms with custom options such as text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, on / off buttons and more.
These custom forms allow you to fill them in for a counted image and export the data to a CSV file.

To use the forms you need to have a Pro account.
Step 1 - Enable the "Save in local folder structure" option Tap on the Settings button (on the bottom menu).
Tap on the Save options.
Enable the "Save in local folder structure" option to use the "Local folder structure" and the "Cloud synchronization" features.
Local folder structure
Adjust the default settings that will be used for the "Cloud synchronization" feature.
Cloud synchronization:
Enable the cloud services you use.
Tap on Settings (top left) to go back to the Settings screen.
Step 2 - Create Form Tap on Forms button.
Step 3 - Add New Form Tap on the New Form button (on the bottom).
Give a relevant name to the newly created form: Pipes
Step 4 - Add, edit, remove items Tap on the Add Field button (on the bottom) and choose the needed fields.

Step 5 - Edit items Change the default values with your relevant information.
To add more items to the form, see the Step 3 above.

To remove an item, tap on the Trash icon on the top right.
Step 6 - Save the form After you have made all the needed changes to the form, tap on Save button (on the bottom).
Step 7 - Count Take a photo or use an existing one, and tap Count.
Step 8 - Review the Results - Make Modifications if Necessary If you notice any counting mistakes, you can easily correct them by adding, deleting, or moving tags.

Step 9 - Save results Tap Forms.
Choose your previously created form.
Change the options that suit your counted items and tap Done.
Tap Save.
Step 10 - Saved Image The results are saved to the local folder specified at Step 1.
The photos with the counted items are located in the ResultsPhotos folder.
Also, your counting results are saved to a CSV File.
